Everything in the first block is the product. It runs in your browser, it works with no account and no signal, and it is not going to start costing money later. What premium buys is the parts that need something outside your browser: a server for a trip other people can open, and the tiles and geocoder that draw a map of it.
Paying for it
The buttons above are real. They open a Checkout Session with the payment provider, and the plan is granted by a signed webhook rather than by anything this page can say. Where that provider is not configured on a deployment, the server says so and the button tells you plainly instead of pretending.
The plan itself is real and already enforced: what you can host is decided by the database, not by this page. Sign in to see which plan you are on.
The details
- Do guests need to pay?
- No. Whoever hosts a trip is the one with the plan, and everyone they invite takes part on a free account.
- What do guests on a premium trip get?
- That trip’s tools, including the map of it, because the trip is what is being paid for rather than each pair of eyes on it. Their own trips stay on their own plan, which is the part that keeps it honest.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- You go back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, and trips already online stay readable; you just cannot host a new one past the free allowance.
- Does premium change the app?
- No. Every tool is in the free plan. Premium is about how many people you can bring.
- What about my data?
- The planner keeps working with no account at all, in your browser, offline. Putting a trip online is a choice you make per trip.
